Fitness first

We offer a range of classes Monday to Thursday, including: 

Bootcamp
This high energy class involves a variety of different weighted and non-weighted exercises. Weighted plates and dumbbells are often used and non-weighted exercises may involve exercise such as running, jumping, sit-ups and push-ups. Moderate to hard intensity/level. Adaptions/alternative exercises can be offered to tailor the class to the individual.   
Monday: 19:00-20:00
Wednesday: 19:00-19:45

Aqua
A 45-minute session aimed at toning up all areas, a class for all levels of ability and different stages of your well-being journey.
Tuesday: 09:30-10:15 | 10:30-1:15
Wednesday: 18:45-19:30

Tabata
High energy, fast paced advanced level class. Just 30 minutes in duration. Heavy focus on cardio. Explosive, fast paced and fun! Hard intensity/level. Adaptions/alternative exercises can be offered to tailor the class more to the individual.   
Thursday: 19:00-19:30 

Core
A 30-minute class incorporating a variety of exercises that focus solely upon the muscles of the abdominals. Helping to strengthen and define the stomach muscles.   
Thursday: 19:30-20:00 

Our complimentary exercise classes run Monday to Thursday and are open to all members.
