What date do your Christmas Decorations go up?
Our Christmas decorations will be up by end of November.

What happens If I can't get to the hotel because of the weather?
Unless the Hotel is forced to close due to inclement weather, we will not be able to refund or transfer bookings.

Do I have to pay for parking?
No, all our car parking is complimentary with over 450 spaces and 4 EVC points. The organiser should liaise with the Christmas Team prior to arrival to inform you of the Event Suite name and the best car park to use on the night. 

How do I order a taxi?
We recommend pre-booking with Metro Taxis by calling them 01204 520000. Metro can drop and collect you from outside the Event Suite on the night. Please specify this upon booking.

Can you send me a Christmas Brochure?
As part of our green credentials and commitment to the environment, we are not printing any brochures. For any queries, please visit the Festive section HERE or speak with our Christmas Team HERE

How do I inform you of dietary requirements?
Please E-Mail our Christmas Team HERE or call us 01204 873519 us to let us know of any dietary requirements at the time of booking.

I don't like the menu. Can you provide something else?
Whilst we will make every effort to cater for all dietary requirements, please let us know at the time of booking and we will try to make reasonable adjustments.

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
Yes please inform us at the time of booking. We can cater for Vegan, Vegetarian and Gluten Free diets as highlighted on the menus. Let us know if you or your guests have any allergies or other dietary requirements.

How do I book Party Night Accommodation?
We have coupled the Christmas Party Night with a residential offer. Read more HERE. You can book direct with our Reservations team HERE.

What are your payment terms?
A £10 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required per person to confirm Party Night bookings. A £50 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required per person for Christmas & New Year bookings, with full payment expected 4 weeks prior to arrival. Applicable on all events. 

Will we be sat together?
Yes, our Party Nights seating plan reflects the numbers in your party.

Will we be joined with another group?
No, all members of your party will be sitting at the same table. Groups of more than 10 guests, will be seated on multiple tables nearby.

What is the dress code?
The dress code for our Party Nights is ‘dress to impress, festive wear’.

How strict are you on the New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner Dress code?
We ask that our guests respect the lounge suit theme to this party night and attend wearing dinner suits and cocktail dresses. No jeans or T-shirts. Clothing does not have to be black, but does need to be suitable to the Gala Dinner.

Can I purchase Drinks Tokens?
We do offer pre-booked, pre-paid Drink packages. Please speak with our Christmas Team HERE. Drinks can be ordered at the table with our waiting team, or from the bar. For a private event, please speak with our Christmas Team HERE

Can I visit to see the venue before I book my Party Night?
Yes of course. Please contact our Christmas Team HERE to schedule your site visit and discuss any requirements you may have.

I need to reduce the number of people in my party?
Please contact our Christmas team by E-Mail or 01204 873519 to update the number for your party. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Can I add more people to my party?
Please contact our Christmas team by E-Mail or 01204 873519  to update the number for your party. Space is subject to availability, however we will do our upmost to accommodate your request.

I don't drink. Will there be non-alcoholic options available?
Yes, we provide non-alcoholic alternatives at all our Party Nights.

 

CHRISTMAS DAY

Can I book for Christmas Lunch if I am not a resident?

Can I visit the Hotel on Christmas Day if I am not a resident?
Yes, you can. We offer a range of dining options to pre-book for Christmas Day Lunch so find out HERE
The Village Spa operates with reduced opening hours so please check with the Spa reception HERE.

Will Santa be visiting on Christmas Day?
Yes, we expect Santa to make a visit but we cannot confirm his arrival due to weather conditions at the North Pole.

Please contact the Events team on 01204 873519 or E-Mail to increase numbers. You will only be able to add guests if there is availability on that Party Night.

HOTELS Terms and conditions


These Terms & Conditions apply to any Christmas and/or New Year bookings, with or without accommodation.

Payments:
A £10 per person deposit is required at time of booking (except Christmas Day and New Year bookings which require a £50 per person deposit). Full payment is required four weeks prior to your event with the exception of bookings where a contract has been signed by both parties to agree otherwise.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, including accommodation bookings.
Any bookings or additional guests booked after 21st November 2023 will require full pre-payment.
Pre-booked Drinks packages require full pre-payment upon booking.
Accommodation requires credit card guarantee with full payment required 3 days prior to arrival with the exception of New Year’s Eve and Christmas Residential packages where full pre-payment is required 14 days prior to arrival.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.
Confirmation of booking will be emailed together with receipts of monies paid.
Payment for an event or signed contract assumes that you, the party organiser, agree to all Terms & Conditions at The Last Drop Village Hotel & Spa.

Food and Beverages:
Food pre-orders are required for all events, including Christmas Day. If you or any of your party have any special dietary requirements, please inform your party coordinator and we will endeavour to accommodate your needs. These must be received no later than two weeks prior to your event.
No alcohol or other beverages may be brought into the venue for consumption, prizes or other means, drinks will be confiscated and you will be potentially asked to leave the premises.

General:
All our Party Nights include a Three-Course Dinner and Entertainment. Prices are per person.
You, as party organiser, are responsible for ensuring all of your guests are informed of the Terms & Conditions.
The Last Drop Village Hotel & Spa is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking including the use of E-Cigarettes and Vapes is not permitted in any part of the Hotel except within the designated smoking areas.
Any changes to bookings must be made in writing via E-Mail.
The minimum age for persons attending events is 18, except by prior arrangement with the Last Drop Village Hotel & Spa. This is excluding Santa Sunday Lunch, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and Pantomime where the intended audience is families.
Dress code for all events is dress to impress, unless otherwise stated and we reserve the right to refuse entry to any guests wearing trainers, baseball caps, hoodies or other wear deemed inappropriate by the Hotel.
Events may be moved to smaller/larger rooms to accommodate optimum numbers.
The Last Drop Village Hotel & Spa reserves the right to cancel or amend events in exceptional circumstances. In this case, an alternative date will be offered, or a full refund given.
All reasonable steps have been taken to ensure that the information on the website and within all advertisements, is accurate at the time of release.
