Restaurant Assistant Manager
Duties Include:
The Assistant Manager is responsible for the smooth running of their assigned area, ensuring service is delivered in a timely and professional manner and that staff are fully trained to deliver excellent customer service.

Assistant Finance Manager
Duties include:
Responsible for ensuring all the processing functions (e.g. AP / AR / Banking / Revcon etc) are complete. The Unit Controller must co-ordinate with the Finance Controller for guidance and direction on control matters as well as any commercial management of the property The candidate needs to be methodical in their approach and have good attention to detail. They will have experience of excel and, have a hotel background with knowledge of Opera and F&B management systems.

Junior Sous Chef
Duties include:
Responsibilities of the Junior Sous Chef include delivering high quality food to valued guests, maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, and participating in all aspects of the kitchen within an existing team. In this role you will need to work closely with the Sous Chefs, and senior kitchen team to maintain and improve food quality and standards throughout the property. You must be adept at being able to adapt to any situation and think on your feet using your initiative to problem solve.

Spa Therapists 
Duties include:
Welcoming guests, offering an attentive service and adapting to any constraints. At our Spa, we are dedicated to our customers and strive to find people who are passionate about delivering exemplary customer service. Applicants must be qualified NVQ level 3 or equivalent. Ideally ESPA trained, training will be given. Remain fully coherent with all Spa Treatments. Upselling retail products and cross selling packages.

Housekeeping Room Attendants 
Duties include:
As a Housekeeper you will be providing full housekeeping coverage to hotel guests, ensuring rooms are serviced to a high standard. Welcoming guests, offering an attentive service and adapting to any constraints. Stock replenishment and deal with any guest requests. Carry out general cleaning activities in the back of house areas as required, to ensure the area is kept neat, clean and tidy.
