V-Sit Challenge & win a months free membership
To perform a V-sit, follow these steps:
Sit down on the ground with legs straight out.
Lift your legs up so that they are at a 45 degree angle with the floor.
Lean your torso back till it also is at a 45 degree angle.
Hold your arms out in front of you so they are parallel with your legs.
Hold this position for the desired time.
