Thorough cleaning measures - Increased cleaning regimes have been introduced throughout all public areas and key touch points, including bedrooms, Spa & Leisure facilities and staff areas. A hand sanitation zone has also been set up in the reception area for guests.
Bookings - To ensure you get the best experience, we are offering all guests, with a future stay the chance to change the date of their booking at no extra cost. This can be done up until 24 hours before the scheduled date of arrival by contacting the reservations team. We will also be offering full refunds in certain circumstances.
Welfare - Our staff are on-site 24 hours a day and have received full training on how to look after themselves and guests at this time. Should you feel unwell at any time during your stay please remain in your bedroom and contact the reception, who will make the necessary arrangements to support you.
